Officer Carr has been a great addition to the department, working tirelessly to coordinate with partner agencies with large-scale events like Super Bowl LIX and Mardi Gras. His skills have been invaluable with his vast knowledge of Homeland Security & Anti-Terrorism. Officer Carr exemplifies what is means to serve our community and protect the gateway with honor, pride, and dedication. Thank you Officer Carr for all that you do and congratulations!
