HPD establishes Honor Guard

HPD proudly unveiled the first Honor Guard unit at the 2024 National Organization of Black Law Executives (NOBLE) Conference in New Orleans. The Honor Guard comprised of Cpl. Tillery, Officers Maurice Morgan, Drew Mercadel, Hayden Doyle, and Rhonda Price trained for over six months in preparation for the event.
